We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist Co-ordinator for a prestigious client based in Stratford upon Avon. You will be responsible for creating a professional and friendly environment for visitors and staff that are onsite as well as being the reporting line for the junior receptionists.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, oversee and review reception activity, processes, procedures to ensure they meet business requirements, deliver a first class service and comply with Group policies.
  • Lead, manage, motivate and develop direct reports so that they know what is expected, are able to maximise their contribution and realise their potential
  • Coordinate and contribute to department meetings and events to ensure Facilities requirements are met.
  • Requisition and purchase consumables and services to meet agreed requirements in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Greet, direct, advise and inform telephone callers and visitors, in line with policies, procedures and SLAs to ensure they are correctly, efficiently and professionally routed in accordance with their requirements.
  • Administer, organise, communicate and confirm room and taxi bookings to meet customer and company requirements in line with SLAs.
  • Review, analyse and report on reception activity to identify trends, monitor service standards and recommend opportunities to improve the customer experience and service value
  • Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Manages and delivers work when faced with multiple demands and changing circumstances, seeks feedback from others and uses it to improve own and team performance.
  • Considers issues from the customers’ perspective, gains a clear understanding of their requirements and builds strong relationships to deliver a high quality service that fully meets their needs.
  • Works productively in changing environments, suggests and readily accepts ways to improve own work and responds positively to changes and new ideas.
  • Creates a team environment, provides innovative ideas and challenges self and others to achieve higher levels of quality and output to achieve great results for our business.
  • Understands the organisations services and Guiding Principles and builds technical and business skills and market knowledge to support these effectively and contribute to the department’s success.
  • Experience of delivering a front of house/reception service in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of front of house processes and procedures.
