o Handle internal and external customer inquiries on the telephone/person providing accurate information according to the service center guidelines and quality standards. o Resolve customer complaints and problems, escalate issues to appropriate persons/teams whenever needed. o Support SVC Manager Inquirieso Effectively interpret the needs of the customers, maintain and enhance standards of quality for the services offered. o Follow the appropriate guidelines and procedures for any given situation. o Follow up repairs done and customers inquiries o Perform all duties assigned to her by Management.
