An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our multi-award winning Front of House team at our flagship venue Woodland Grange, in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

Woodland Grange – Make Venues is an award-winning residential conference, meeting and training venue, set in 16 acres of idyllic grounds in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

With 32 meeting rooms, space for up to 200 delegates and 114 bedrooms we offer exceptional customer service with leading-edge facilities.

About The Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and who is looking to develop a career in the hospitality sector.

In this role, you will provide information to our guests throughout their visit, as well as liaising with other departments in the hotel: ensuring our clientele enjoy their time with us and that the Front Office runs smoothly. You will also undertake other duties like ensuring our coffee lounge/bar areas are well stocked and supporting other team members.

This is a great opportunity to learn and understand a wide range of duties within the conferencing environment to enhance your knowledge and skills.

You should be flexible in your approach to supporting the overall goals of the Venue and ensuring our services remain at the top level.

Please be aware this role incorporates shift work – this includes early mornings, evenings and weekend work, but does not include overnight shifts. The role is working 5 days out of 7 (not live in). Typical shifts are 7.30am – 3.00pm, 3.00pm to 10.30pm and 10.00am to 6.00pm as the business requires.

Answering the telephone

Dealing with reservations accurately and promptly

Banking responsibilities

Skills & Experience

Experience working in a face to face customer service environment

Proactive and customer focused

Keen to develop your skills and to progress

Experience using a phone and IT equipment in a professional capacity would be beneficial

Experience within a hotel/conference environment is desirable, but not essential
