The receptionist is the first point of contact for the company. The duties include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the office located in Dubai Airport Free zone.

The receptionist also coordinates front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Areas of responsibility

  • Responds to the needs of visitors in a professional and timely manner by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Answers incoming calls on multi line phone, responds to public inquiries in a courteous manner within scope of knowledge and refers to other persons if needed.
  • Receives, record and distribute incoming courier packages and other deliveries.
  • Validates Aramex and Fedex PAW.
  • Helps the Office Manager in updating and maintaining office files.
  • Provide various administrative supports to staff member whenever it is possible.
  • Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Controls and order Office Pantry and Office Supplies.
  • Coordinates the repair and maintenance of office facilities.
  • Books and issue flight tickets for employees’ business trips and vacation.
  • Maintains office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder

  • at lest 2 years experience in similar position
