HR Sr Compliance Officer

Job Purpose:

Ensures the organization operates within the law and meets current regulatory standards. Create and uphold compliance procedures and policies against best practice and regulatory standards, which are continually changing.

manages trading functions to meet corporate financial targets. Develop company’s sales forecasts and hedging exposures.

Duties:

·      Assess operational risks

·      Provide financial crime compliance advice

·      Creating and implementing AML frameworks, procedures and policies

·      Acting as a first point of contact for compliance concerns

·      Screening payments

·      Training staff on compliance procedures

·      Being a champion of compliance culture

·      Developing strategies for risk management

·      Reviewing and auditing the organization’s adherence to compliance procedures

·      Remaining up to date on current regulatory and compliance changes

·      Reporting compliance issues and recommending changes

·      Responsible for overseeing client-facing Counters and portal for Crypto Trading compliance adherence

·      Coordinate and ensure updates to policies, procedures, guides, are updated as needed

·      Responsible for Crypto Trading operation to ensure proper settlement and end of day reconciliation

·      Manage Customer Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer payment (cash management).

Skills/Qualifications:

·      8+ Years’ Compliance and Money / Forex Exchange Experience

·      Bachelor degree in (BA)

·      Extensive knowledge on department, KYC, and AML processes

·      Knowledge of crypto currencies pricing, trading, cold & hot wallets, exchanges.  

·      Social Media Tools: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

·      Manager experience Skills: Passion to learn, Smart and Assertive with excellent team communication skills

·      Analytical skills (Math skills to determine prices and define reasons for market movements)

·      Manage multiple initiatives on assigned timelines in a dynamic environment.
