Compensation
$50,000 – $500,000 yearly
Responsibilities
- Promote our organization in a positive way, with an emphasis on marketing and building new business with referral channels such as realtors
- Exceed new business generation, pipeline, and sales management goals to increase market share
- Ensure all staff members follow branch procedures, policies, and protocols
- Ensure sales goals are achieved by leading, training, and motivating employees
- Oversee loan quality and ensure they meet company policies, as well as state, regional, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Up to date industry knowledge and advanced technical/ computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills, and strong judgment and decision making skills
