Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Counsel (5+ years of transactional experience)

Hanson Bridgett has an opening in its Real Estate + Environment Section for a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Counsel attorney to join the Real Estate Transactional Practice Group. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of demonstrated experience in real estate transactions on the Lender side. We seek candidates who are able to manage multiple deals simultaneously and who are highly proficient working with complex debt and equity financing structures, purchase and sale transaction documentation, as well as securitized lending, due diligence, title and survey review, and commercial leasing. HUD experience is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement for the right candidate and training from seasoned finance law practitioners.

Ideal candidates for his position will be based out of our Los Angeles office with the ability to work remotely in an agile (hybrid) manner.

Ideal candidates will also have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required. We seek intelligent, entrepreneurial, team players who are practical, problem solvers, ambitious, organized and detail oriented and who are looking towards partnership with Hanson Bridgett.
