About the role…

Working as part of a committed and dedicated Quality and Performance department we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Quality and Performance Manager.

The post holder will be responsible for driving quality and performance assurance and improvement activity across a range of services across the Barnsley and Calderdale areas.

About you…

You will thrive on being a key part of a successful, innovative team and making a difference in the lives of our service users through quality and performance improvement activities.

You will have excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills and will have well-developed skills in data analysis and reporting. You will be flexible and adaptable.

Working across a large geographical area there is an option for the post holder to be home or office-based, however, they will be required to be on-site across a range of services on a regular basis and as required between Barnsley and Calderdale.
