To work as part of a Quality / Safety Assurance team to provide document control as well as quality oversight of operational standards and to support incident investigations.Key accountabilitiesContinued development and implementation of the Quality Program for GCANS and implementation of a Compliance Programme aligned to operational needs Work within a team of safety & standards officers ensuring alignment in delivery of the Programme Deliver and promote the values of Serco and ensure that all staff achieve and maintain all Safety & Standards in line with appropriate regulationsMaintain and manage the Quality Assurance Programme and deliver and embed this work within all departmentsAssist other departments in documentation development and ensure compliance to the QMMAssist other members of the team with Assurance related projects, safety related initiatives and developments associated with operational oversightWhat We Are Looking For In Our CandidatesFlexibility, excellent attention to detail, ability to identify key issues and manage an environment of regular change.Ability to think strategically, execute quickly and adjust plans to meet organisational needsStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet tight deadlines and schedules.Strong analytical skills; ability to work with complex issues and detailed informationIntuitive with outstanding interpersonal influencing and communication skills; able to develop and motivate others.Ability to see problems as opportunities and to manage well under pressureSpecific requirementsApplicable level qualification in related operational field with further studies and or qualifications relevant to Quality AssuranceExperience in the implementation and maintenance of a standards and compliance programmeQ&A experience with an Air Navigation Service Provider sector within ATC environment.Experience in building strong relationships and positively influencing clients.Conversant with the requirements of all current relevant legislation.Experience in a multi-cultural environment an assetWorking with SercoAt Serco, not only is the nature of the work we do important, everyone has important role to play.https://www.serco.com/meWe are a team of 50,000 people responsible for delivering essential public services around the world in areas including defence, transport, justice, immigration, healthcare and citizen services.
