Summary:The position is responsible for enhancing customer loyalty, satisfaction and overall experience with Korek brand. Loyalty involves all customer touch points. The role will need to interact with several departments and lead multi-functional teams in order to achieve objectives. The role also involves running BTL promotions to keep customers engaged with the brand. These efforts translates to reduce churn and increase of customer lifetime value.Key Responsibilities:Customer value development.Develop and maintain analytics tools to track and analyze customer behavior.Identify churn reasons and use insight to reduce churn.Run campaigns, partnerships to retain customers and incentivize them to engage more with the brand.Develop program related to gaining customers loyalty.Follow-up on campaign visuals and requirements with related departments.Test and confirm any offer launched to customers.Make partnerships with third parties to get benefits for Korek customers.Identify and prioritize areas of improvement involving customer experience.Identify, develop and run campaigns to achieve the above.Manage Koreks Loyalty program and enhance it and run campaigns to increase customers engagement with the program.Manage Loyalty team and set KPIs for the program and the unit.Competencies:Excellent analytics skills and comfortable with numbers.Ability to communicate with cross functional teams.Ability to multitask and handle complex issues.Marketing and Segmentation expertise.Critical thinking.Natural curiosity.Work Experience:5-10 years of work experience in relevant field.Education:Bachelor or Master in Marketing, communication, or related field.Language:Arabic (required), English (required), Kurdish (required)
