Purchasing Assistant (project based)

A. Administrative Task

  • Update List of Suppliers;
  • Prepare Endorsement letter to TWG;
  • Process and routing of papers to the signing authorities;
  • Secure scanned copies of documents received;
  • Other task that may be given by the BAC Chairman and Head of the BAC Secretariat

B. Procurement

  • Receive request from Chapters and NHQ offices for the procurement of items subject for bidding;
  • Ensure bids submitted complies with the format and received on time;
  • Make necessary arrangement for Opening of the Bids;
  • Take custody of procurement documents
  • Responsible for the sale and distribution of bidding documents;
  • Encourage new potential bidders

C. Communication

  • Organize and make necessary arrangements for BAC related meeting

Qualifications/Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have at least 1 year working experience related to purchasing or
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Computer skills
  • Document Management
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Flexible
  • Keen to details
