A. Administrative Task
- Update List of Suppliers;
- Prepare Endorsement letter to TWG;
- Process and routing of papers to the signing authorities;
- Secure scanned copies of documents received;
- Other task that may be given by the BAC Chairman and Head of the BAC Secretariat
B. Procurement
- Receive request from Chapters and NHQ offices for the procurement of items subject for bidding;
- Ensure bids submitted complies with the format and received on time;
- Make necessary arrangement for Opening of the Bids;
- Take custody of procurement documents
- Responsible for the sale and distribution of bidding documents;
- Encourage new potential bidders
C. Communication
- Organize and make necessary arrangements for BAC related meeting
Qualifications/Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Have at least 1 year working experience related to purchasing or
- Fresh Graduate
- Computer skills
- Document Management
- Written and verbal communication
- Flexible
- Keen to details
