Your New Company

Your new company are a leader in their field, based in Stoke on Trent and are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Your new role

Your New Role Will Include But Not Be Limited

  • Posting invoices onto the purchase ledger
  • Administering petty cash and posting
  • Producing the float
  • Managing any reimbursements
  • Processing expense claims.
  • Preparing and producing payment runs
  • Obtaining any authorisations required for documentation
  • Reviewing accounts on the purchase ledger
  • Account reconciliations
  • Recording payments
  • Posting journals

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Broad experience of purchase ledger
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Understanding financial control
  • Great communication skillset
  • Excellent working use of Microsoft Office

What You’ll Get In Return

  • Hybrid working home/office with laptop supplied
  • £22,500
  • 12 month FTC
  • 35 hour working week Monday to Friday
