Your new company are a leader in their field, based in Stoke on Trent and are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Your new role
Your New Role Will Include But Not Be Limited
- Posting invoices onto the purchase ledger
- Administering petty cash and posting
- Producing the float
- Managing any reimbursements
- Processing expense claims.
- Preparing and producing payment runs
- Obtaining any authorisations required for documentation
- Reviewing accounts on the purchase ledger
- Account reconciliations
- Recording payments
- Posting journals
What you’ll need to succeed
- Broad experience of purchase ledger
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Understanding financial control
- Great communication skillset
- Excellent working use of Microsoft Office
What You’ll Get In Return
- Hybrid working home/office with laptop supplied
- £22,500
- 12 month FTC
- 35 hour working week Monday to Friday
