CALL FOR PROPOSAL – CRS SOUTH SUDAN
FOR PROVISION OF PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT SERVICES

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is the international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. The agency provides assistance to 130 million people in more than 110 countries and territories in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Catholic Relief Services (CRS) South Sudan is seeking for experienced Psychosocial Support service provider in South Sudan.
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) seeks to contract a service provider to undertake the Psychosocial Support services in South Sudan.
To be eligible for consideration, interested service providers / firms must meet the following requirements.
- Bidders technical response to the RFP particularly the terms of reference provided in Annex D. List of tasks to be performed during the services. General understanding by the bidder of requested services and Service fee models/package options (for example fee for service, annual coverage, etc.).
- Minimum Diploma: Master’s in psychology with at least 5 years of experience in clinical psychology.
- Knowledge of low intensity psychological intervention (mhGAP, PM+)
- Experience in the humanitarian field, preferably in the EAST Africa region in similar services
- Arabic, Local and English language skills
- References from other NGO clients.
The RFP guidelines together with Scope of Work are available upon written request only to [email protected] or from CRS Juba office Palica Street, Hai Jerusalem, Juba South Sudan between 6th July 2022 to 24th July 2022, Monday through Fridayduring office hours. Only the electronic proposal documents MUST be submitted on a company letterhead signed, stamped by Director/Manager of the bidder and emailed only to [email protected] withthe subject line “RFP Number – CRS-SS-197744-2022 – Provision of Psychosocial Support Services”.
All proposals should be submitted via email only. Submissions via courier or hand-delivery shall not be accepted.
