We are looking for a Project Manager – Finance Improvement Programme at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

The role is fixed term until December 2022.

What you’ll be doing:

The Finance Improvement Programme (FIP) is a key strategic priority for the division. enabling existing workloads to be managed through efficiencies and future savings realised**.** This role acts as the project manager for FIP, providing the following support:

  • Support and facilitate projects as determined by the FIP Board.
  • Provide regular updates to the FIP Board on improvement projects, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide support on process improvement activity across the division.
  • Support the division to embed Continuous Improvement working practices; and
  • Assist FLAG team members to deliver smaller process improvements themselves.

You’ll have:

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Solid project management experience.
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to staff at all levels; and
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
