CGFNS International, Inc. (CGFNS) is seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience who is an energetic, highly motivated and self-starter professional to join its Project Management team in Philadelphia, PA. The Project Manager (PM) reports to the Chief Project Management Officer (CPMO). The right candidate will execute projects from inception to completion. This role will work closely with the CPMO in shaping the PMO and how we execute projects. CGFNS is a global, non-profit organization that is rapidly adapting to enter new markets based on industry and marketplace trends

Work Location: Hybrid (Remote and 2-3 days in the Philadelphia, PA office)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope, goals, and deliverables of projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Work with executive sponsors to determine project success metrics.
  • Create communications plans and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage vendors when necessary.
  • Evaluate new projects to determine the best method of execution, Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid.
  • Report project status updates to the PMO and executive sponsors.
  • Escalate project delays when necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience as a Project Manager will be considered.

Knowledge:

  • 3-5 years project management experience.
  • Familiarity with project management software such JIRA and PPM tools. A solid working knowledge of current internet technologies, as well as experience in working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Experience of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
