
Americares
This position will work together with the Senior Program Officer (SPO), Health System Development on the Thriving Partnerships Initiative Project (TPP). He / She will provide administrative, logistical, and technical support to the SPO, and partner health facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination
- Partnership with medical outreach (MO) partner health facilities, DOH, and local authorities to ensure alignment and gain approval if necessary on the implementation of the project activities.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of medical equipment, supplies, and other related services of the project.

Implementation
- Co-facilitate training activities on Quality Improvement, Infection control and others.
- Implement plans, programs, and activities in collaboration with other Americares staff, and focal persons of MO partners.
- Establish preparations for the conduct of training including the schedule, invitation letters, direct phone calls, emails, venue, resource persons, and training materials.

Reports Management
- Prepare and submit reports of the training, and activities implemented, and provide feedback for future improvements.
- Document impact/success stories following Americares policies.
- Report expenses incurred for the project activities monthly.

- Perform other related duties not specified in this job description at the direction of the SPO.
