Here’s where you come in:

As the Program Quality Advisor, you will be responsible to provide strategic and operational program quality management services to enhance program impact and learning across World Vision’s offices in South Asia-Pacific region. You will provide high-quality program quality technical assistance in the field of transformational development (including DPA/FCPA/ Urban Programming and relevant field) and field office capacity development; support regional events; ensure appropriate donor and organizational compliance, and facilitate organizational learning from program results.

Requirements include:

  • Advanced degree (e.g. Master’s degree in social science, development studies, or other professional degrees) or other relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum ten years’ experience in relief and development work, out of which five years in grassroots relief and development work
  • Proven ability to facilitate working groups, communities of practice, or other similar learning mechanisms
  • Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and to motivate and mobilize individuals outside their reporting line to achieve agreed strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to report, present, and communicate results, written and verbal in modern standard English.
  • Ability to facilitate M&E capacity-building approaches (workshop facilitation, 1:1 coaching, etc.)
