  • Bachelor’s degree (STEM field preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in program or product management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements
  • Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions; proficiency in Excel and SQL is a must

  • Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks

In Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the Retail Operations and Improvements (RO&I) team aims at boosting the Retail performance across United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt focusing on process improvements, automation and outsourcing.

Key job responsibilities

As part of the MENA RO&I team, we are looking for a data-driven leader willing to shape the future of the Retail Operations in this region as we continue to experiment with innovative ways to scale our growth. As Program Manager RO&I, you will have a unique opportunity to invent on behalf of our customers, simplify our processes and think big on new ways to scale our operations. Daily tasks will range from process improvements till outsourcing and automation with a focus on the first two mentioned aspects. In this role, you will never experience two similar days given the dynamic nature of the position, the scope and the type of problems we focus on.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable with a high growth, fast-paced, high performing and dynamic organization. You will also need to be process-oriented and tech-inclined since you will partner with business, operations, and technology teams to drive new initiatives and improvements. This is a highly visible cross-functional role that interacts regularly with senior leaders across several teams and requires thought leadership in shaping sustainable growth strategies.

  • Master Degree
  • Background in operations, vendor management/buying, technology, or product management preferred
  • Python and VBA knowledge
