Our client, a well-reputed investment company, is looking for a Head of Institutional Sales / Investment Advisory.

The candidate will be leading the sales team to develop activity and will provide investment advices for the clients.

Your Missions

  • Proactive advice to institutional clients
  • Leverage the investment solutions of the asset management unit.
  • Attract new clients and build up existing Relations
  • Lead the global sales of the entity.
  • Develop the activity, in collaboration with external institutions.
  • Create processes and sales methodologies / systems that can scale with the entity.
  • Promote an engaged, energetic, and inclusive environment that encourages high productivity while maintaining a positive work experience.

Your Background

  • You possess a Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics or Sales (Master’s Degree would be an advantage)
  • You have between 5 to 10 years of experience in investment industry or relevant field.
  • You have good technical knowledge in alternative assets, financial instruments and real estate structures.
  • You speak Arabic and fluent English.
  • You have effective communication skills.
  • You have excellent negotiation and sales skills.
