Program Manager

The Program Manager will oversee the projects within the Data & Analytics portfolio to ensure they align effectively with the portfolio’s mission and the program’s goals. The product leadership team will inform Program Managers of their strategic direction and the goals they’d like the program to achieve.

In this role you will monitor the progress, align deliverables, coordinate tasks and the communication channel between cross functional teams within your program to make sure they follow this direction and exceed these goals.

You will be responsible for maintaining a budget for the program and must ensure all projects stay within this budget, timeline and expected outcome. Creating an evaluation method to properly review and assess the strengths of the program and determine any areas of improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Project Management experience in delivering large software product is desirable
  • Experience managing software development in medical devices, healthcare is a plus
  • Executive level communication and time management skills.

Education

  • Previous program management experience
  • Masters degree desirable with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Location : East Coast / US or Canada
