Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trade products’ selling and marketing activities of companies for Banque Misr clients.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and competition to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and develop new trade finance and working capital products, features, and digital solutions. This may involve conceptualizing product features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing performance monitoring. This includes defining product roadmaps, managing product portfolios, and driving product enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to understand their trade and working capital challenges, gather feedback on existing products, and identify opportunities for new solutions to meet client needs.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and other teams to ensure successful product launches, effective product positioning, and seamless implementation of products for clients.
  • Staying abreast of regulatory changes and ensuring that trade finance and working capital products comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring and analyzing product performance, including usage metrics, client feedback, and financial performance, to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Peruse and analyze proposals for new products for financing working capital and trade services for companies & small and medium enterprises.
  • Follow up on the implementation of detailed solutions for customers and communicate with various departments to speed up the implementation of these solutions with the required standards and quality.
  • Monitor the current products of working capital financing and trade services (T&WC) and work with various departments in order to ensure that they meet the needs of customers to avoid any deficiency that may appear and negatively affect customers while ordering the product or banking service during the entire life cycle of the product and work on developing it.
  • Participate and ensure the achievement of the financial target and the number of new and developed products of working capital financing products and trade services.

Experience Field

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Commerce, or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Trade and working capital in regional/international banks.
  • CDCS / CITF will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of commodity derivatives is preferred.
  • Good in English (Arabic, Urdu, Russian) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
