About The Role

As our Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing our EMEA growth strategy within your assigned territory. This is your opportunity to shape the market and drive profitable growth through distributors, agents, and various indirect channels. Collaborate with external partners and regional sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of our orders plan.

About Your Responsibilities

  • Channel Development: Manage and develop our channel partners, identifying and onboarding new partners to strengthen our network.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement market access plans and sales programs, driving profitable growth for our products, spare parts, and services.
  • Initiative Management: Design and manage short to long-term initiatives that boost sales, working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Factory, Management) and external partners to support overall business goals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively manage your sales pipeline in collaboration with partners and SPX FLOW Sales Management for accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance of our channel network in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage conflicts between internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting: Report forecasting and planning to SPX FLOW Sales Management.
  • Sales Initiatives: Support and lead sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Hold customer and partner-facing meetings, both virtually and face-to-face.

What will you need?

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Sales professional with initial experience in the Process Component Industry, working with distribution models and external partner companies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including customer relationship management and building relationships with various internal and external partners.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a constructive approach.
  • Business Acumen: Broad organizational business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a strong drive for results.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in French and/or Arabic being beneficial.
  • Cultural Awareness: Experience working in a multicultural environment is essential.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the designated territory (EMEA).
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (Preferably SAP C4C).
