What exactly you will do here:
- Strategic and operational end-to-end responsibility for all initiatives for new credit card products and propositions and creation of value for customers and distribution partners
- Identify new product potentials / sales channels and develop feasibility studies for the senior leadership team
- Follow digital trends and current market innovations in the payments field
- Identifying, addressing and managing problems and risks during implementation and operation
- Your strong market, customer and financial acumen, understanding of legal and compliance restrictions and a creative mind will help you find the best way to meet these requirements with business and customer objectives in mind
What we’re looking for:
- At least 8 years of experience and expertise in product development and card’s business in a similar position, including experience with agile development
- Comprehensive knowledge of the functionality of credit card programs and their implementation, customer behavior, product and technology trends in the payment business
- Excellent analytical skills, very good judgement, entrepreneurial as well as pragmatic thinking and behavior
- High level of competence in dealing with stakeholders with different needs
- Proficient in both English and German
