Product Business Operations – 2023 Summer Intern

The Product Business Operations Intern performs responsibilities tied to the operations associated with the Product Organization at Sabre. Expanding our footprint in the travel network means expanding our footprint within Sabre and getting our employees excited about the products we produce.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and launch self-service access to products for Sabre employees
• Identify the gap in product awareness with Sabre employees and develop training materials to fill the gap
• Assists with the establishment of business operations objectives
• Attend team staff meetings to keep abreast of issues or concerns
• Facilitate the integration of new operating model initiatives into the product organization
• Working with leaders to create meaningful metrics from the team to product owners
• Consistent liaison with Portfolio Management team supporting the product leaders
• Manage agendas, documents, and action items
• Coordinate across Product leaders to ensure alignment on Sabre metrics and tracking towards annual, quarterly, and monthly goals.

Preferred Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree with a graduation date later than 2023
• Results-driven and the desire to progress the organization
• Strength in Project Management skills working in an agile environment
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong Communication with leaders and team members
• Ability to work down to details given general guidance on key business objectives and technical goals and constraints.
