The Opportunity

The position holder will be responsible for handling Country/Cairo program procurement activities in consistency with Save the Children policies and procedures.

Essential:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

⦁ University degree in business and/or relevant experience and abilities.
⦁ Experience in procurement for at least 4 years in an international organisation office is a plus;
⦁ Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English language;
⦁ Excellent knowledge of computer programs, and SAP system is an asset.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
⦁ Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage time and prioritize under pressure;
⦁ High level of initiative and ability to work with little supervision;
⦁ Proactive in identifying difficulties and working cooperatively to solve them;
⦁ A commitment to the values and principles of SCI
⦁ Tasks Management skills is crucial
