Process Manager (Personal Finance) (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) Choose one of our locations globally, with 80% Mobile Office: Verl, Baden-Baden, Berlin, Amsterdam, Wien, Stockholm or Glasgow

This is your role:

• In your role as Process Manager for our “Riverty Back in Flow” App, you are a key contributor to help financially stressed consumers to get a grip back on their finances in these challenging times
• You further contribute to the product strategy for the app and work along a compelling short- and long-term roadmap within an agile team.
• Together with the team, you drive user adoption and measurable business impact
• You will closely collaborate with the product manager to understand business requirements and out of these conceptualize solutions together with UX & UI Designer, test managers and Business Analysts
• You act as a subject matter expert in an agile team and e. g. review requirements and software designs
• You have the willingness to also work as a Test Engineer and with respective tools like Jira/Xray and Confluence

• Focus of a Junior Process Manager: You have the willingness to familiarize yourself with the test tool Jira Xray, create and document test cases, test data and test executions and coordinate and handle defects within the product development process
• Focus of a Senior Process Manager: You have (agile) product development experience (e.g. formerly Product Owner, Product Manager or Process Manager) and the willingness to learn about the target audience and orient on their needs

This is what you bring on your journey:

• You have a completed degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering or comparable
• You worked successfully for at least 2 years in the business or product development field, ideally in a D2C area and/or FinTech sector
• You already gained insights in working with PSD2-Features like access to bank accounts or account aggregation
• You work proactively, structured, accurate and with an entrepreneurial can-do approach
• You have already proven your team player competencies and have a learning mindset
• You have excellent presentation and communication skills in English and German
