As Process Lead Mechanisation Fresh, you are the first point of contact for the production employees in Nieuwegein. You manage the team and work as a team towards the common goal: realising the planned production. This is easily achieved, of course, because you keep a close eye on the process flow. To monitor this, you are in direct contact with the Control Room, the technical heart of our mechanised distribution centre. As a result, you quickly spot any process disruptions and solve or improve them. Also, thanks to your clear instructions, the production employees know exactly what is expected of them! As Process Lead Mechanisation Fresh, you contribute to the best result by:

• Solving problems that cannot or should not be solved by employees;
• Supervising and training new employees;
• Identifying and initiating possible improvements. You thus contribute to improvement projects;
• Compliance with company and safety regulations.

Our mechanised central distribution centre in Nieuwegein has the most advanced and newest techniques currently available on the market. And that is what you, as process lead production, get to work with. You will enter a fast-paced world with an eye for tight planning. We do all this in a refrigerated environment to ensure the quality of our products. This is the only way to ensure that our Jumbo customers do not encounter empty shelves.

Your team

Three shifts operate at the Central Fresh Distribution Centre in Nieuwegein. You work in a fixed shift with two other production process leads, reporting to the shift lead, one of whom is Teun Sturing.Together, you ensure that everyone knows what is expected. Teamwork is very important at Jumbo, so extra attention is paid to that. Together we create a nice and warm team in which everyone feels at home.

Do you possess the Jumbo DNA: together, entrepreneurship and winning? And do you also have:

• An MBO working and thinking level, regardless of your field of study;
• At least two years of relevant work experience gained in a production or logistics environment;
• The flexibility to work in a three-shift system, naturally including interesting allowance.
