Job Description

In this role, you will have a deep passion for and experience in working with our business partners to understand their business drivers and help develop a strategy driven by process excellence and automation approach to meet their needs.

You will deliver process excellence through process improvement and redesign while enabling process automation by leveraging Robotic Process Automation and Intelligent Automation to meet growing business and customer needs.

Additionally, you will need to have demonstrated ability to break down complex divisional processes, facilitate Lean workshops to understand and analyze, lead and develop others and to influence key stakeholders. You will be outcome-driven and a motivated person who clearly articulate vision, strategy, and business objectives into compelling plans enabling and driving effective implementation.

You will also partner with technology and business partners to perform Target Operating Model / Solution Identification / Scoping.

The critical success measures of this role would be demonstrated in the following three areas:

1. Align our process and CI efforts to digitization and automation outcomes tied to business outcomes

2. Creating a process driven and customer focused organization

3. Meeting key measures of success: Influenced Revenue, cost savings, NPS, turnaround time, and Quality improvement

Accountabilities:

  • Lead cross-functional team(s) through process excellence activities to drive end-to-end value creation, improve customer experience and business results.
  • Key activities include facilitation of events to help identification and prioritization of improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Enable the business and functional teams in process excellence and automation skills and methodology through required training, coaching and workshops.
  • Liaises/collaborates with various business groups and users to understand and analyze business problems in an effort to lead toward viable solutions and leverage synergies across the organization.
  • Manages pipeline of opportunities, prioritizing initiatives and making trade-offs based on business impact.
  • Leads process improvement and automation opportunity identification events to help solve business problems and improve processes to achieve business objectives, improve business results, and drive value creation.
  • Guides appropriate stakeholders through root cause identification and improvement/resolution opportunities.
  • Liaise with business leaders to monitor and report on the process excellence and automation pipelines of opportunities and projects.
  • Shares best practices across functions/divisions, develops and maintains tools, templates, job aides, and other documentation in a central repository so that colleagues throughout the enterprise have easy access to problem solving and continuous improvement resources.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management and Agile principles to develop solutions that create new business opportunities and solve existing business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Business fluent in both French and English Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • Min 3 years’ experience in implementing business
  • Process Improvement or operational excellence initiatives with proven results, preferred but willing to train a high-potential candidate Lean six sigma or other process improvement qualifications a plus
  • Effective leadership and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendation provided to organization executives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and team-building skills, technical competence and managerial courage
  • Ability to work in a complex and matrixed environment, deliver quickly and adapt to changing demands
  • Ability to quickly establish effective and diverse trust-based relationships with various stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Experience and comfort working in a dynamic environment with agile teams, where not all requirements are defined initially.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, partner, and collaborate
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
