Role Summary

We are looking for an Intern as a support for our HR Programs Team, located in Vienna.

  • Updating Presentations in different languages
  • Vetting process of translated Documents

Education

Ongoing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or a comparable degree program

Skills and Compentencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English (every further foreign language is an asset)
  • Very good understanding of Organizational Change Management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel)
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Precision and structuredness
  • Flexibility
  • Reliability

Additional Information

The extent of this intern position is between 20 and 38,5 hours. The duration of the internship is between 6 and 12 months. A minimum salary of € 1.650,00 per month is paid for 38,5 hours. We want to fill this position as soon as possible.
