THE ROLE

We’re offering the most exciting International Recruiting Internships in Lisbon. Working from our Lisbon headquarters, your mission will be to power the company’s growth by sourcing and selecting talents for our operational bases located all over Europe and the US. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain insight into the full candidate cycle in international recruitment and selection processes.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• You’ll be responsible for the Talent Acquisition process from A-Z for your portfolio of areas and profiles.
• Sourcing candidates with different profiles all over Europe and in the US through on-line channels, local sources, partnerships, social media, referrals and other sources.
• Identifying the most qualified candidates using objective selection methods and technology.
• Conducting interviews online and by phone (Covid safe), and scheduling final interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and promoting the Indie Campers brand.
• Building strategic talent pools for future needs.
• Building good relationships with hiring managers.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You’re a student in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or related field (mandatory).
• You have good English skills, spoken and written (mandatory).
• You’re a good communicator, and enjoy interaction with candidates and working in a team.
• You’re ambitious and eager to learn.
