• R&M / CAPEX 공사 관리
• 임대차 계약 및 임차인 관리
• 시설관리, 업체선정 및 관리
• 유지보수, 공사관리 및 하자관리
• 운영전략 수립 및 예산 작성
• 각종 보고서 작성 등
