We are looking for a Finance Associate for South Korea. You will be required to work closely with the finance manager and head of finance on all matters relating to finance.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for maintaining full sets of accounting records and bookkeeping (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, General Ledger)
- Responsible for the preparation of all disbursements of cheques, Giro and telegraphic transfer
- Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and expense claims
- Perform bank reconciliations
Who you are:
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy
- Team player, meticulous and a positive working attitude
- Good time management & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Experience with food and beverage industry is an added advantage
- Experience with NetSuite is an added advantage
