Personal Assistant – Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

The Personal Assistant (ELT) will provide a proactive, efficient, and high-quality service to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).  We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual able to work in a fast paced and dynamic organisation.  This will involve working closely with the Head of Operations, Governance & Compliance as well as the wider administration team to support companywide functions.  The role will also deliver a secondary support function to the HR team for the delivery of Onboarding assistance for new staff.

What you’ll be doing;

This is an exciting and varied role where you will be providing high level executive support to Zero Waste Scotland’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Key responsibilities include diary and email management, minute taking, planning and organising meetings and events and supporting internal projects as required. You will play an active role in contributing to the success of the wider team, working closely with the Personal Assistant to the CEO & Zero Waste Scotland Board. 

An important part of this role will be maintaining key relationships with the ELT and their direct reports to ensure critical issues are communicated and brought to the attention of the relevant executive. 

The postholder will also provide a secondary support function to deliver specific projects on behalf of the Head of HR as and when required.
