Sign on Bonus offered:

Master level applicant: $2,300-

$1,300 at hire, $500 at 30 days and $500 at successful completion of 90 days.

Master level applicants with LSW, LCSW, LPC, and BCBA certification: $3,800-

$2,000 at hire, $900 at 30 days and $900 at successful completion of 90 days.

Master level applicant with LBS: $5,300-

$2,500 at hire, $1,400 at 30 days and $1,400 at successful completion of 90 days.

As the IBHS program continues to innovate and grow, the Achievement Center of LECOM Health is seeking full-time, salaried staff to take on a blended caseload providing Mobile Therapy (MT) and Behavior Consultant (BC) services to truly make a difference in children’s lives. MTs provide intensive therapeutic services to children and adolescents up to 21 years of age with an emotional disturbance or mental illness at home, school, or in the community. The successful applicant will function as member of a treatment team and will provide individual and family therapy to children and their families. BC’s design and direct the implementation of treatment plans and strategies in the school, home, or community setting while building positive working relationships with parents and school staff. BC’s are the training, supervisory and consultative resource to bachelor’s level support staff (BHT).

Requirements:

Education-

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling or related mental/behavioral health field. If you do not have a degree in one of the Major’s listed, please send a transcript with you resume. AND
  • Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum OR
  • Minimum of 1-year full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults.

Experience/Qualifications-

  • License as a LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LBS or BCBA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience required in a CASSP system.
  • Demonstrated knowledge regarding autism spectrum disorder.
  • Advanced knowledge of functional behavior assessment.
  • Current drivers’ license and insurance coverage.
