**People Support Administrator (x3) Location: Paisley (hybrid role working between home and office) Hours per week: 35 Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st December 2022 (with the potential to extend or become permanent) Salary: £18,226 – £21,196 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)

About this opportunity**

We are looking for a People Support Administrator to join the British Red Cross People Support team in our Shared Services Centre in Paisley.

In this versatile role, you will deliver first class administrative and systems support in relation to the full onboarding and employee/volunteer life-cycle journey adhering to BRC policies, processes and procedures.
Liaising with Recruitment, HR and Payroll, you will play a key role in ensuring we recruit and retain the best possible people to help us make a difference to the lives of people in crisis.

What we are looking for

You should be able to deliver consistent, high quality customer service and answer queries in a timely manner, in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to work well in a team to handle high volumes of queries and processing requests. You should be able to demonstrate fast and accurate keying skills. You’re experienced using MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Previous experience in a HR, Recruitment or OnBoarding environment would be an advantage, but we are keen to hear from candidates with excellent communication skills who demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and take pride in their work.
