We are looking for a People/HR Apprentice with superb administrative and interpersonal skills and a passion for people to join our People Team. Working closely with our People Operations and Talent Acquisition Leads, you will be hands on supporting all operational processes from Talent Acquisition & Onboarding through to Offboarding employees (and all in between).

You will understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion, have a service minded approach and have a keen interest in developing your generalist People skills with career paths that could take you down either a Talent Acquisition or People Function track.

Alongside learning on the job and heaps of support and encouragement, you will be studying towards your level 3 CIPD HR Support Apprenticeship.

The Team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and globally minded People team as a TA/People Operations Apprentice, where our primary focus is to build an environment and partnership with the business that allows us to achieve great things! Main Responsibilities and Activities

Talent Acquisition Coordination:

  • Assisting in the coordination of interviews, gathering feedback and general care taking of candidates in the Adthena recruitment process
  • Scheduling of interviews with candidates, based worldwide (face to face and video), taking into consideration different time zones and assessment formats
  • Support the maintenance of our Job Description library
  • Helping to update Linkedin and other sites with new job adverts and helping to shortlist interested candidates
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, providing all vital information about the role requirements, details and logistics of the interview process
  • Maintain records in Applicant Tracking System – Lever
  • Support the onboarding process for all new hires, country dependent, for example checking right to work documentation, inputting new hires into PeopleHR, scheduling onboarding training sessions etc.
  • Focused on promoting Diversity, Equality & Inclusion in our hiring process

People Systems Administration & Reporting:

  • Supporting the answer of queries coming into to [email protected] mailbox
  • Support administration of performance management system, runs reports when needed
  • Supports People Operations Lead with any reporting or systems requirements as necessary

Payroll & Benefits:

  • First point of contact for employee payroll queries, escalating as needed
  • Assist with the collation of monthly payroll instructions in accordance with payroll timetable and deadlines
  • Ensure that any monthly changes are collated for benefits’ administration by Finance
  • Draft pay review and bonus/compensation change letters as required

Required skills/competencies for the role:

  • Passionate about a career in HR/People, you have a strong aptitude for IT systems and are comfortable navigating G-suite
  • Confident interacting with people at all levels of seniority
  • Exceptional eye for detail, rigour and process
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • High regard for confidentiality
  • Flexible, can adapt to manage new priorities as they arise and willing to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
  • Proactive, a self starter who works well on their own initiative

  • Comfortable working in a Remote First environment across multiple time zones

  • Experience working in a customer-oriented environment would be favourable
  • Ability to demonstrate how you have utilised your organisational and analytical skills
