Here’s where you come in:

As the People & Culture (P&C) Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing a Misconduct Reference Programme and related processes supporting World Vision’s participation in the SCHR Inter-Agency Scheme for the Disclosure of Safeguarding-related Misconduct in Recruitment Process within the Humanitarian and Development Sector (“the Scheme”).

You will work with Talent Acquisition to submit inquiries to other organisations and respond to other inquiries from other organisations, in alignment with “the Scheme”. You will maintain relationships with the World Vision Safeguarding Unit to ensure alignment with the Partnership’s Safeguarding Policy and Implementation Guidelines. You will also provide broader support to the P&C Operations Centre of Expertise Team as it grows its collaboration with P&C Centres of Expertise.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Management, HRIS Systems, Data Management, Risk Management or similar fields.
  • Proven experience in working with HRIS systems, in particular with Workday.
  • Prior experience working in a large, complex organisation and/or handling sensitive, confidential information on the job.
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential data with highest level of professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English. Client-oriented business English in correspondence.
  • The position may require the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time. The position will require flexible schedule and ability to join early morning and/or late evening calls.
