Here’s where you come in:

As the People & Culture (HR) – Workday Implementation Change and Readiness Specialist, you will work with the Senior Advisor for P&C Readiness, Change and Communications to provide readiness and change management support for the Workday project, ensuring that the needs of the internal clients impacted by Workday are met. You will provide change planning and implementation as needed.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational change, or a related client-services field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least three (3) years working in a related field in organizational change, change management, communications, preferably in a global and multi-cultural environment
  • Strong understanding of change management and communications tools and best practices such as Prosci’s ADKAR model.
  • Full written and verbal proficiency in English. Another language (Spanish/French) is an added advantage.
  • The position requires availability and willingness to travel nationally or internationally up to 5% of the time.
  • Someone who does well in a work-from-home environment as well as open to go to the office (for US based candidates only). Working with different time zones.
