Job Title: Payroll Executive
Location: Chennai (Work from office)
Compensation: Max 3.5 Lakhs/PA
Roles and Responsibilities
- Checking pay sheets and settlements as per defined SLA.
- Good experience in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity LWF, Income Tax calculations.
- Execution of timely delivery of month-end and statutory compliance reports
- All processing should be done using payroll engine and wherever required create provisions for any enhancements
- Adheres to quality standards and procedures Resolution of Queries as per defined SLA
Job Specifications
- Good in communication both verbal and written skills
- Max 1-2 years of HR Payroll experience is required
- Excel experience is a mandatory
- Strong in Analytical Skills and needs to have flair for numbers
- Any MBA/PGDBA graduate with strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application
