Your new company

Based in East Ayrshire, our client is recruiting for a payroll assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday- Friday 8.30am – 5pm. Due to the location of the organisation, applicants must have access to their own transport. Training will be completed in office and the organisation will offer hybrid working moving forward.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Manager and working as part of a payroll team of 2, you will undertake a range of duties. This will include but is not limited to; end to end payroll processing, processing starters and leavers, handling queries, reporting for management, reconciliations and general associated payroll administration.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have proven, successful high volume payroll experience. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and taking ownership of your own workload. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as you will communicate with colleagues on a daily basis, face to face, via telephone and via email.
