Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Coordinator Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Outpatient Services and the Clinical Manager, the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Coordinator will be responsible for substance use and mental health services, case management and treatment planning for clients who have been referred to Maryhaven for treatment. Will assist with administrative coordination of programming to include Partial Hospitalization treatment services. Will assist with overall supervision of department, to include facilitation of staff meetings, group/individual supervision, and ensure a trauma-informed and trauma-responsive milieu for clients and staff. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Coordinator will act as liaison with internal and external partners in collaboration of treatment service coordination to prioritize census management and referral management needs. Will carry a caseload, complete assessments, and cover groups as necessary.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science with one (1) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment required
- LICDC, LPCC, LISW, LSW, LPC, LCDC III or comparable license or certification with one (1) year of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use or mental health treatment or equivalent required
- Prior supervisory experience required
