Our foundation of success is based on our ABCs:All as OneBe the ChangeCourage to CareAbout the RoleWe are expanding and are seeking a talented intern to join our team.As the intern, you’ll be part of a Care Team distributing new marketing and sales assets aimed at increasing company growth. You’ll be a vital team member in shaping and developing collateral for both B2B and B2C marketing segments. You’ll also get the chance to collaborate and provide direction to the Bloom presence, help launch the CRM database, and create email-marketing initiatives. If you have a creative mind and the desire to push yourself to help build our brand identity from the inside out, this is the job for you.ResponsibilitiesJob ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Marketing Care Team on designing, building, and maintaining a referral presence consistent with the brand.Provide input on collateral consistent with the brand including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, posters, email newsletters, and banners to support lead generation efforts.Schedule appointments and develop presentations for appointments.Communicate the company vision and referral advantages to partners across a designated area.Visit potential leads on-site to distribute marketing material and discuss company services.Review and edit marketing copy for grammatical correctness and appropriate style.Take part in outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.Support manager with other projects as needed.Required SkillsCompetenciesCreative mindset: ability to think out of the boxAbility to work independentlyStrong teamwork, time management, and project management skillsDemonstrated initiative and attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work both autonomously and cooperatively as all team membersQualificationsEnrolled in school for track of Associate’s or Bachelor’s DegreeExperience in marketing or outreachComputer experience with Office 365/One Drive and Microsoft Office productsBasic knowledge of sales and advertising communicationFamiliarity with CRM databases or willingness to learnOther RequirementsThis is a field-based position. Reliable transportation is required. Minimal travel (25%) may be necessary to be present in the different office locations as necessary for employee support.
