We are looking for a digitally savvy colleague who will:
- engage clients by means of targeted Outbound campaigns
- support front colleagues by facilitating client contact and administrative support
- provide remote and personal 1:1 e-banking session to showcase UBS’ first-in-class digital solutions
- closely collaborate with internal market representatives to continuously tailor our service offering to the specific needs of our internal and external stakeholders
Your team
You will be part of the highly skilled and motivated Digital Agent & Outbound team within the Front Support Office (FSO) in Booking Center Switzerland.

Your expertise
- expertise on remotely and personally supporting and engaging with a diverse range of domestic and international clients
- ability to identify clients’ needs and tailor the service provided accordingly
- curious mindset and ambition of self-identifying problems and opportunities
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to offer tactical and strategic solutions
- excellent verbal communication skills in German or French or Italian and English to provide our clients a first-class experience. Any additional language is an advantage.
