Order Processing Manager

As extension of our dedicated Rychiger Servicehub North America customer service team, we are searching for a Manager Order Processing (Full time).

Your tasks and duties

· Manage the order processing and foreign trade team of the Rychiger Group Servicehub North America professional and personnel.

· Support and consult on foreign trade for all internal and external partners.

· Ensure the success of global machine and spare part deliveries

· Develop business cases for the completion of complex international machine projects.

· Contribute as part of the management team to strategical and structural topics to further develop the Servicehub NA.

Our job requirements

· Basic technical and / or commercial education

· Foreign trade education or experience is a plus

· Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar industry and position

· Proven management skills

· Distinct customer orientation and social skills as a consultant and team player

· Proficiency in MS office products, ERP and CRM

· Business fluent English, all other languages especially German are a plus
