The ideal candidate will be highly organized with an attention to detail, willing and able to take direction from other team members, and be proactive in anticipating the needs of team members and clients.

You will:

• Follow employment policies and standards of conduct as outlined in the Employee Manual and/or your individual employment contract;
• Learn and navigate industry-specific digital platforms, such as COREngine (Salesforce) and Smartstation;
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files;
• Execute service requests and tasks as assigned to you by our Financial Advisors or Operations Team;
• Support Financial Advisors in meeting preparation;
• Communicate clearly and warmly with clients as you cultivate working relationships with them;
• Provide backup to the Executive Assistant by answering the phone and handling mail distribution;
• Perform administrative duties as needed.

Your Qualifications Include:

• High School (or higher) Graduate;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Comfortable interacting with clients and other industry professionals;
• Good written and verbal communicator;
• Proficient at reading and organizing data;
• Motivated to support a team of hard-working, innovative individuals.
