The opportunity

Are you ready to add a key brick to the German mobility ecosystem, and build a city without cars? Are you keen to launch from scratch one of the most promising European mobility startups into a new market?

Operations is at the core of Virtuo, our motto: “Right car, right time, right location. Zero defects”. The team is responsible for making strategic & operational decisions, to develop and run our business on the ground.

The Operations Executive role in Munich offers the opportunity to implement a new mobility player in a new country, with a model that proved its potential in 4 countries already. Working alongside smart colleagues in a stimulating start-up environment also represents the opportunity to shape the future of European mobility.

🎯 Your missions:

– Run complex, on-the-ground, day-to-day operations; craft and improve processes

– Optimise our fleet main KPIs: # of damaged cars, utilization rate, car delivery

– Manage closely Virtuo stations: fleet allocation, be responsible for cleaning/convoys partners day-to-day management

– Ensure our customer satisfaction is aligned with ambitious objectives by implementing demanding processes and monitoring them closely

🌟 You are the ideal candidate if:

– You are fluent in English, German is a plus

– Your university offers an internship contract for a 6-month internship starting ASAP (February or March ideally)

– You are based in Munich or are able to move there during your internship period

– You are autonomous, rigorous, and result-oriented

– You are able to take the lead on projects from A to Z

– You know how to adapt and find solutions, especially when there is little time!

– You are not afraid to try new ways of doing things in order to improve
