What you will do:
- Be responsible for the monitoring of all payment-related KPIs (payment decline rate, timeout rate, number of downtime per year, etc.) ;
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with Lydia’s technical partners related involved in payment operations ;
- Build and follow performance monitoring plans related to payment operations ;
- Investigate potential bugs or frictions escalated by other operational teams (e.g., Customer Care) or indicated by your monitoring, and work closely with technical team to fix them ;
- Make sure your team work with the right tools and processes ;
- Identify proactively areas of improvement to reach operational excellence ;
- Hire and grow a team of Operations Specialists to ensure the highest quality of service, 24/7.
You are in the right place if :
- You have more than 10 years of experience in running technical operations ;
- You have experience in payment ;
- You show strong analytical and written communication skills.
