We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.
Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related
tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and
enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Job responsibilities:
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills
- Assisting with accounting-related tasks such as tracking receipts from suppliers, tracking
- customer fund collection and transferring payments
- Manage executives schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Partner with HR to maintain office activities, participate actively in the planning and
- execution of company events
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all
items are invoiced and paid on time
- Provide general support to visitors
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Job requirements:
- B.A.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to enable professional interaction
with a wide range of colleagues, both internal and external.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
